Yes, admin and managing brokers have full access to all data created after the agent account has been linked to the Brokerage Admin profile. This includes creating/editing/sending contracts, accessing transaction information, viewing agent reports, upcoming deadlines, and more.

Brokerage firms can create new agent accounts which will be automatically connected to the firm. Agents with existing accounts can request a connection with the brokerage firm which can be accepted through the Messaging Center of the Brokerage Admin profile. Our Transaction Review page allows for agents and TCs to easily upload documents for managing brokers to review and store in one single-solution software.

Agents can unlock locked contracts before they have been signed by all parties. This action will archive the original version and create a duplicate version which will appear in the ‘Drafts’ section. Please visit our Technical Support Guides for more information.

To edit a deadline, navigate to the Deadlines section. Click on the Edit icon next to Deadlines. Here you will be able to edit deadline information.This information will appear in the Property Portal Deadlines.

In your Admin Dashboard page, click on the Invite New Agent button. From here you will be able to enter the emails of all agents within your firm using a CSV file. This will send a bulk invitation for your agents to create an eGent account and join your firm.

No parties are authorized to unlock an original document, however, when a document is 'unlocked' by an agent, the original copy gets sent to the 'Archived' section and the new (unlocked) document is duplicated, without signatures. To switch to eGent from an existing software provider, you must:

1. Download any necessary transaction documents from your current provider’s platform to your computer or hard drive. (This is an easy process that varies between providers. You may need to contact your current provider for directions.)
2. Create an eGent account by signing up on www.eGent.pro.
   • Transfer transaction data for any ‘active’ transactions to your new eGent account, if applicable. Create your client and listing inside of eGent to access the Property Portal. From this page you can upload any transaction documents created from a third party system (outside of eGent) by uploading them as PDFs using the ‘Upload External Documents’ button.
3. Utilize our online Resource Center (Video Library/FAQ/Support Guides) to get the hang of using eGent.
4. Cancel the subscription with your existing provider.
